Return & Exchange Policy
You have 7 days to start a return or exchange unused items in original condition with receipt and original packaging for a refund in the form of the original tender. Please note for online purchases the 7 days starts from the date that the package is delivered.
Returns and/or exchanges must be in NEW, UNUSED condition. NO Returns on used or washed items.
If an item is deemed not re-saleable, or is outside of our return policy, a refund will not be issued. In the case of an exception being made, outside of our return policy, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
Any items purchased online must be shipped back to our location. Any shipping fees paid by the customer when sending the order out are non-refundable. Any shipping fees required for shipping the return back to the store are solely the customer's responsibility.
Refunds are issued once an item has been received, inspected, and approved at our location. If an item is deemed not valid for a return, the customer will be notified and the item will be held for up to 7 days. The customer may choose to take the item back or leave it with the store to dispose of. If the customer chooses to take the item back, any shipping fees required for shipping the items back to the customer are solely the customer's responsibility.
Pre-Order Item Disclaimer:
Please note that all pre-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is placed. By completing your pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that these items are specially reserved and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange under any circumstances. We encourage you to carefully review your order before confirming your pre-order.

Defective Item
Should a product from a manufacturer be defective, or be recalled please reach out to Little Saplings Boutique. All claims for damages/defects must be submitted in writing to Hello@littlesaplingsboutique.ca within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
We require the following information for all defects:
- Item and defect description
- Photos of the item and photos of the defect
- A copy of the original receipt or gift receipt
- Model number if applicable
- Manufacture date if applicable
After 30 days of receipt of your order, warranty issues will always be handled directly by the manufacturer. Costs associated with the return of a product for evaluation under warranty (shipping charges) may not be assumed by the manufacturer or distributor.
Please contact your product manufacturer for any warranty claims. We're happy to provide you with the correct contact information when required.
Any order discrepancies need to be reported to Little Saplings Boutique within 72 hours of receiving the goods. Little Saplings Boutique is not responsible for shipping costs related to returns due to sizing issues, or change of heart regarding said purchase. Any merchandise purchased online may be returned at the customer's expense for store credit or refund, with the following exceptions:
Clearance Items
All sale items marked clearance are final sale - no exceptions.
Special Orders
All special order, pre-order and customized items are final sales and cannot be cancelled. Special orders are items that we do not have in our inventory and have an estimated order lead time. Once the items have been paid and ordered, they cannot be returned and are a final sale. You will be informed of the estimated order time for your items prior to completing the special order. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Please note that estimates are given based on information given by the supplier; Little Saplings Boutique is not responsible for supplier delays or back orders. As soon as the order arrives to us you will be contacted or it will be shipped to you.
For safety, health & hygienic reasons, some products are final sale:
- Teethers, Nipples & Pacifiers, once opened
- Bath tubs & Bathing accessories
- Breast pumps & accessories
E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards/ Gift Certificates:
Processing time for E-Gift Cards is within 24 hours, E-Gift Cards will be sent via email to the address you provided during purchase. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable, the value does not expire.
Refunds will not be given for unused value. Refunds on items purchased with this card will be re-applied to the gift card. Use of the gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Online only Items
Items sold online only are shipped from a warehouse unless specified. Items can be delivered to our location for pick up or shipped directly to you the customer. Shipping times very per item, we do our best to get the item to you as promptly as possible. Our refund and return policies apply to all items including online only items.
Special Order Items
Thank you for choosing our special order items. Please review the following terms and conditions:
- Order Process: Special order items are not currently in stock but will be ordered specifically for you.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After this period, your order cannot be canceled.
- Returns: Returns for special order items are accepted; however, only store credit will be issued. No cash or card refunds will be provided.
- Delivery Timeline: Please note that delivery times for special order items may vary and are not guaranteed. We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe when you place your order.

Discounts apply to remaining selected stock only. While supplies last. Sorry, no rainchecks, special orders or backdating on BOGO, discount or clearance pricing.
All sales on BOGO and clearance items are final.
Any storewide discounts do not apply to BOGO or clearance items and are not in conjunction with any other sales, coupons, discounts or other promotions.
